These chairs are awesome, but it definitely takes some time to assemble. They came in a compact box and all the wood pieces need to be connected using screws. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble. Be sure to watch their installation video first to get a sense of where things go. The key pieces are labeled, but not all of them. But since they’re unique, it’s hard to go wrong. I found it easiest to just lay out the pieces on the position they’ll go before screwing them in. The back frame should form an arch on top. A power drill is pretty much a must since there’s a lot of screws to drill in. The chair is comfortable to seat on. It looks awesome and I should’ve gotten a set since that’s even better value. Overall it’s about half the cost of what it cost locally so it’s definitely good value.

Expecting my first grandchild so ordered this for shower gift as parents have 2 on front porch they use daily. Instructions were easy to follow and YES, once you get to attaching back, you have to use a little muscle to line up, nothing crazy. Oh and the holes on the arms are too small for screws so make sure you have a drill bit to make bigger. I think it's cute as a button and so excited to give it. I think we are going to put a coat of poly just bc it will stay outside all year. Again, just love it.

Bought four of these chairs for patio. The assembly certainly is easier after the first chair detail work through. We had a few pieces that cracked during assembly as a vendor indicated could be a possibility. We contacted the vendor, and they promptly responded. Due to shortages of individual components, the vendor graciously is sending us an entire chair so that we can use any and all parts needed for replacement parts in the other four chairs. What a great solution and also a timely one which my family and I appreciate. We can use chairs faster now!!!

I wanted a light chair with a hard back (for my bad back) that I could take to the beach. This chair weighs half as much as other similar chairs so I was concerned about the quality. But, it seems to be good quality and it provides great support for my back. Some of the reviews said that it was hard to assemble but the instructions were clear and this is easy to assemble if you lay the parts out and go through the instructions carefully. Some of the reviews commented that the chair was not able to withstand the elements so I put two coats of a high quality teak oil on the chair and it turned out really nice. I purchased this as a lightening deal and would get another one without hesitation, if I see it on sale again.

The chair went together ok and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Each part was marked but sometimes the markings were difficult to read. The wood is pretty soft and the finish is thin and pretty rough but I think the chair will last a few seasons. I used a drill with a Phillips bit and a #13 metric socket to assemble the chair.

The chair is pretty simple to assemble. The directions are simple to follow and you get the hang of it after you put one together. The holes for the back of the chair may not line the slats up perfectly, I discovered this the hard way. After putting the first chair together it looked deformed, the slats tilted to the right. My husband helped me fix it. I painted each piece before assembling. Its easier that way, then I separated them into groups that went together. It's not heavy, but not too light in weight. Overall I'm happy with this product, I look forward to using it this summer around our new firepit. A power drill is a must!
