The media could not be loaded. Assembly was easy as long as you can visualize it. There is no written directions. It’s a beautiful gray that matches the interior of my home and my youngest cat loves to hide inside the bottom part. Both cats love the scratching post. The cat tree and scratching post seem very stable. The only thing I dislike about this item is the bottom half that wraps around to form a space for the cat to lay in is made out of felt that wraps around the poles and Velcro’s. However, my youngest cat does not seem to mind. The opening to get from the bottom piece to the second level is very small and I doubt that anything bigger than a kitten would be able to get to the top hole. There’s a nice plus soft bed on the very top which is very nice, however, my cats have not tried it out yet. There are two cat balls hanging with bells on let the cats in to enjoy it very much. It also includes a pet brush that attaches to the pole and includes catnip which my cats love. This pet brush can also be used as Velcro on your hand to brush the cat. Although it could be sturdier on the bottom regarding the kitty condo, I believe this item was a great value for money spent. I only wish they had given written directions, since I am not very good at just following diagram. It really helps to look at the products on the Amazon website while you are putting it together. All in all it is easy to assemble after you look closely at the diagrams and the picture of the final object. Fits nicely in my small apartment and the gray and white. The media could not be loaded. I wish the entrances to the bottom box were larger, our two bigger cats can’t fit through the top one, but the other two holes ARE actually large enough for them all to fit through. It was also pretty easy and intuitive to put together. For a fully developed adult cat, it IS a little too small, but our two bigger cats still fit in/on it fine and love it. However, the walls of the bottom box aren’t solid like the rest of the tree, it’s made of felt. I was slightly worried about this, but so far it’s been fine (our youngest cat is pretty rough with her stuff). It’s not perfect quality, but for the price it’s pretty damn good. ... show more

Don't know if pics really help but I have a big guy and technically this is a little small for him ...but we're kind of in a small space so this will do. But I do like the features it has: removable top/cat bed so it can be washed, a cat brush that attaches to one of the legs to be rub up on, and the bottom hideaway spot is actually felt material. All in all, very happy with purchasing this just wish it were a tad bit bigger. ... show more
