Ordered for the Ally X and was shipped the unit for the base Ally twice in a row. The bracket doesn’t fit as the Ally X is bigger. Not going to try a third time. Now I’m inconvenienced with having to box these up and take them to get shipped back for a refund. What a waste of time. For steamdeck users you probably won’t run into this issue and the product does seem decently built and comfortable. But for Ally X I cannot recommend. ... show more

Ordered for my Rog Ally x and recieved the regular ally adapter plate. No issue, mistakes happen. I reached out to mechanism and their customer service got right back to me and sent me the correct plate free of charge. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and the pillow feels super comfortable. Cant wait to put it to use once my plate gets here! ... show more

is it cool...yes is it usefull...yes is it made well...yes does it get rid of all the tingles...NO it does not. so much of the marketing seems to highlight this and it just doesn't eliminate the tingles...it helps with the tingles...but it does not completely fix the problem in the way their marketing conveys is it worth the money.....Im honestly not sure....it was a hard pill to swallow finacially...the jury is still out. If your interested in it to fix your tingly problem...it just won't....but it is a well made product that can be useful. ... show more

The clip that is supposed to connect to the back of my ally x doesn’t clip to anything. Even if it did the tension on the arm won’t even hold the weight of the device. And that’s after tightening the screws until I thought the thing was gonna break. Overall bad design and clips that don’t fit the device specified. 👎🏻👎🏻 ... show more

The pillow is wide enough a base to have the Rog Ally x sit comfortably on my lap. I like the softness of the pillow BUT the snap mechanism and clapping mechanism took forever to figure out. I the teeth on the ally x clip are very shallow so it was hard to keep on as I rotated my Ally on the mount. To get the mount to clip in and lock, I had to take it off the arm and put it together while it was off the pillow. All the adverts make it looks easy to clip in and out, but that isn't the case for me. Just to keep it clipped in had me trying not to move or pivot the device so it stayed attached to the Ally. Haven't decided if im keeping it. I do have the Jsaux clearn backing so maybe the snap clip is only for the OEM backing. I'm going to try it on the OEM backing just to test it out. ... show more

The idea, or so I thought, behind this product is to reduce the strain on your arms. Unfortunately, this thing is WAY too flimsy and poorly built to support any weight from your hands. If you want your Ally X to just float on your lap, this might be great but everyone I know actually uses their hands on their controller and when you do that, the entire thing collapses. The plastic used in this and the accessories is the cheapest, lightest trash I’ve seen. The screws need an Allan key to adjust, just the thing I keep on my gaming rig all the time, right? Use thumb screws for Christ sake. This is just a bad product all around and WAY overpriced for what it is. ... show more
