Rolls easy and was fairly easy to out together, although the tools that are included are lacking to say the least. It’s pretty soft so far but I do wish it was about 1ft longer total between all the pieces as I’m in my late 40s and it’s hard for me to get up and down off the ground all day when working in my personal vehicles. Folds up easily enough to keep in the trunk of a sedan. It feels sturdy but time will tell. So far I’d recommend 5/5 stars.

It seems quite sturdy and very suitable for my needs. While I wouldn't recommend this for someone who spends a lot of time working on cars, for the occasional user this is perfect. The ability to convert it into two types sitting positions will be very handy. Given the cost of the unit, I'm very pleased so far. The assembly was rather easy once I figured out the instructions.

I don’t use a creeper very often anymore but my old one was getting very worn so I opted to get another. I decided on this one because, I don’t need something real fancy and expensive, I just needed a basic creeper and this one fills that need. I like that this one has different features - it can be used as a seat, you can sit flat and lay back on it or use it as a normal flat creeper. It’s comfortable to use in all of those positions and it also rolls fairly well over a variety of surfaces. The padding is decent and provides a good measure of comfort when using the creeper. In order to convert the creeper to the different positions, there are a couple of pins which pull out to release the head rest or the middle part, depending on which feature you’re wanting. The creeper is fairly stable in either position. I deducted one star, giving it four stars because the assembly instructions are just pictures, no written directions explaining how to put it together. While it wasn’t a problem for me, some may find it challenging to figure out how to assemble it. On the product page listing on Amazon, there are better detailed instructions but a buyer should not have to depend on that, detailed instructions should always be included with the product. Also, they do provide two thin wrenches to install the wheels, I think they are 14mm in size, but be careful when using them as you can bend or distort them as they are not very strong. You’ll need these thin wrenches to tighten the wheels as a normal wrench is too thick. I have plenty of wrenches so I ground one of mine down with a bench grinder to tighten my wheels. Other than these couple of issues, which are minor, this is a good creeper and a good value. I recommend it for its ease of use, functionality, and quality. .

Good for the price. I am on the heavy side (225 lbs), so when using as a chair, I can't roll very well. One wheel was broken but I contacted seller and they replaced it right away. So, great Customer Service!!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Every single thing on this creeper has fallen apart. The casters strip out, the pin tore through the flimsy metal and it started leaning. I have been modifying it as it fails to see what else would fail DO NOT BUY. Seriously it’s such a waste of money. Even with a welder and access to plenty of hardware the time I’ve spent modifying this thing just to function has way out spent just going up in price. I don’t even use it every day or very often. Once a weekend maybe, because it breaks and I spend the rest of the day figuring out how to salvage it. What a giant piece of garbage and whoever ships this, sells it, or makes it should be ashamed of themselves and their life choices. Included pics of how I modified it.

Easy assembly. Light duty only. For a 180 lb man, the wheel broke after very little use in the sitting position. Metal was weak and did not stay supported. It began to give very quickly. This was rated for much higher weight, but would not sustain anything close. Would not recommend. Update on my review: The seller reached out and offered a refund for the full purchase price, and that refund was processed. And considering the stellar customer service, I am improving my rating noting that it could have been a fluke.
