I should have listened to the other one star reviews and saved my time and money. Extremely difficult to assemble, the instructions were not included, online instructions (print and video) differ from each other, accessories were not labeled and some were missing. When I contacted the seller for assistance, I was informed that they only accept refunds by shipping the item back in the original packaging and no partial refunds or discounts provided. ... show more

Ok folks, the finish piece of this TV stand looks amazing but this things is not easy to assemble. Instructions are not clear, pieces are not marked at all...in other words, figure it yourself - it took us 6 full hours to figure out and assemble it. I am giving it ONE STAR for the assembly.     • Worst ever Instructions
It comes in two extremely heavy boxes. Every single piece is completely unassembled. The instructions are mislabeled. The part numbers are incorrect. The drawings are incorrect for what the pieces actually look like. The main drawing shows a piece facing one way and on the close-up drawing right next to it, the piece is depicted aiming the opposite way. kind of important, since these are for the door hinges. The drawer section drawings are of completely different peices. The "instructions" are seperate paper, not bound. They suggest assembly videos, of which there is no labeling, abd this tv stand is not depicted at all. I would definitely hire the Amazon builders next time. Now I have partially put this together and I'm at a loss for how to finish it. I called a handyman to see if I can get someone here to put this together. Paid him $160 for the task. Finally, removing the plastic coating on the laquer parts was an absolute pain. Very difficult to get a grip on and peal. I have put together many desks and many beds and many pieces of Ikea furniture. This one is so mislabeled in the instructions are so poor and incorrect that it makes construction of it a nightmare. I'm using this with my 86 inch LG TV. It will just barely fit on the top with three inches on either side. I have also mounted straps to the TV to hold it to the wall in case it tries to fall over. I like the look of this stand on the pictures but the construction and manual makes it so difficult that you're going to waste money hiring help. In the end, it looks good. One of the LED assemblies was broken. The seller is sending replacements, as requested. ... show more

    • Difficult to Assemble
The entertainment center is nice. It took me three days to put together because the instructions were unclear and in the wrong order. Additionally, the pieces were not labeled so I could not tell which was piece 4 or 9 and quite a few look identical in the instruction pictures. I still cannot get the middle drawer to slide into included hardware and the side drawers are not even. Nothing fits together for the drawer to accurately slide into the entertainment center properly. If you are an assembly expert and you can put things together through pictures without written instructions then get this piece, as it is very nice. However, I have put together many pieces of furniture and this was by far the worse I had ever encountered and am still attempting to get put together right. ... show more

    • Don’t believe delivery times!
This arrived in two shipments and the second one got lost for almost a week. When I purchased this it said deliver August 3-5. I bought it the 31st of July. It did not ship until the 4th. The second package arrived 8/15. This thing is a beast to put together. The directions are as explanatory as IKEA at best. The LED lights don’t adhere with the included two sided tape. And worst, it says it fits an 85” tv. However the feet on my tv stand are 17” wide. The top of this piece is 15.75” wide. So now I have to rig a solution. ... show more
