Game changer! I have a big family and sandwiches always seem to be my teens late night go to. This helps so much in making a healthier alternative to store bought meet and also gives us the ability to make a more custom taste. It's held up nicely. The size is great and it's simple to use. Just be careful and let it cook completely! Cleaning is a breeze with the liners though I'm sure you could also use crock pot liners in a pinch (: it's definitely worth the money for us in the long run

I just recently bought a deli meat press and loved it, to make more, faster and more economically I purchased this one. IMO this one is superior in a couple of ways. 1) the handle on the top makes it easier to handle when hot. 2) the pressure spring is way heavier that my other one. It came with plastic bags that I chose to not use because it is stainless steel and with a pre-treatment of either oil of cooking spray allows for fast easy cleanup and also a round of parchment on the top keeps the meat from oozing through the spring retaining spots of the pressure plate. I cannot imagine that this press wouldn't last a lifetime, a very durable utensil! At this price buy two to save you time and with two at once you save energy too!
