This is a very tasty honey blend of traditional honey and manuka honey together. The MGO rating of 30+ is pretty much the bottom of the scale for Manuka, so you're really not purchasing this for any additional health benefits other than you would get from a good quality honey, but it can't hurt to have that little something extra. Manuka honey costs a premium, because of the MGO ratings, and I think this is trying to take advantage of that without actually including as much MGO as they should/could, for the price they are charging. It is "creamed" - so it has a thicker creamier consistency than a traditional table honey, possibly to help keep it from crystallizing as quickly which would also be a bonus. It also has more of a traditional sweet and tasty honey flavor, and not that strong medicinal edge that a potent Manuka can sometimes have. So while it is a very tasty honey to use on a daily basis, I don't know if I would pay a premium for it the way I would a Manuka honey.
