This is the “M” Series MD Hearing PRO, which is their earlier model of this analog hearing aid. Unfortunately, it has way too much feedback. I tried several different tips that they sent me free of charge, including small and medium closed tips, to no avail. It’s still has feedback to the point where I had to keep the volume very low in order for it to not have any feedback at all. And that defeated the purpose of the hearing aid with my hearing loss. I reluctantly returned them. Side note—They did upgrade the PRO to the “H” Series after this one (which I originally bought on their website), and it works great, no feedback. Sadly for some insane reason MD Hearing discontinued the analog PRO “H” Series altogether. Bad marketing decision MD Hearing—many people PREFER analog hearing aids! ... show more

Bought it a month ago gor my aging aunt. Could not go see here due to Covid. She could not hear anything. Tried to return without using them. Time was up. Would have liked to exchange gor a better model.
