I purchased this as a compression t-shirt after my double mastectomy. It is VERY comfortable. It does not ride up like other compression wear; it has compression since it is also "shapewear." The only uncomfortable part is the sleeve. I have larger upper arms, and the edge of the sleeve cuts into my upper arm a bit. It took some rearranging to find a suitable placement. I like the full coverage since I was looking for more of a T-shirt than a tank top. This gives my upper chest and sides good compression.
