These are the closest to the puzzle size 26 .65 x 19.75 you can find without getting custom frames. Most frames I looked at were almost $100 or more per frame, good price for the quality. They are sturdy and well built. I haven’t hung it yet but you can hang vertically or horizontally, 2 hanger for each direction. I have 3 more to frame in this series. My mom who loved to collect mice figurines is the reason I’m framing and hanging them, when I’m sewing I can look up and have a good memory of her. They came quickly; packed each in their own box with styrofoam corners. All 4 were in a huge box that you could have fit 8 more frames in with flattened paper stuffing and none of them were damaged. Only 4 stars because I wish they came in more colors. If I framed puzzles on a regular basis I would order these again. ... show more

Finished a 1000 piece 20x27 puzzle and was shocked to find out that nowhere locally sold frames that size! Was told I was going to have to have one custom made and ran to amazon and bingo! This was perfect! Was packaged wonderfully to protect the corners of the frame, the “plexiglass” or whatever it is, had a protective film on both sides so that was also a plus. It fit my puzzle PERFECTLY! Also LOVE how on the back part, where you have the tabs to keep the back on, they aren’t the annoying ones you have to pry up and push down. They are the ones that just slide right under and in place, which also helped for a nice snug fit for my puzzle. Wonderful and super satisfied! ... show more

The style, color, and size was exactly what I wanted for a very special black and white photo. They are made from fiberboard so hopefully not giving off any poisonous fumes. The wood grain is old fashioned Contac paper. Unfortunately, it's not applied correctly. There are bubbles in it. Because of the height the photo is hung these are very noticeable. Will try the old trick of pricking with a thin needle and smoothing it out. ... show more

These were easy to install and hang. They are not glass, but acrylic, but still nice looking and easy to hang since they are light weight. Just had to remove the backing, remove the plastic covering from both sides of the acrylic sheets, pop my posters in, and put the backing back in. 27x40 is a hard size of frame to find at a reasonable price anymore, that isn't also super flimsy and fragile, with a basic cardboard back and plastic framing. you could go to michael's and order a frame which will no doubt be of higher quality than this is, but it'll cost you at least 2x the price if not more. got this to frame my japanese film posters of the same size, and it does the job well at about 1/3 the price of what was available through michael's. remember to take the film off or you'll have that matte look which is what's shown in my photo. ... show more

I got this picture frame for a print I recently bought. The frame itself is sturdy and the wood laminate looks great for what it is. The only note I will make is the plastic part that is the window does bend easily if you push it from the front side. Once it was on the wall this does not give any problems though. I really like this frame. It's lighter than expected and has a nice look. Instead of glass covering, it's plastic but you honestly can't tell from far away. I honestly prefer it.
