I purchased this hard case for my Sony Nex 6, and overall, I’m very impressed! The case fits the camera snugly, providing excellent protection without being too bulky. The hard shell is sturdy, and the felt lining on the inside ensures the camera is cushioned and free from scratches. The only downside is that the case doesn’t zip up completely if you have camera straps attached. I knew this might be an issue based on other reviews, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. To work around it, I use the camera straps to carry both the camera and the case together, leaving the zipper slightly open where the straps come through. Despite this minor inconvenience, the case works perfectly for my needs and feels well-made. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others, especially if you’re looking for a compact, protective option.

Build quality: The only reason I did not give this 4-stars is because you have to remove your camera strap when you put it in the case. It would be nice if there was a way to allow the strap to stay intact and still close the protective shell. Not padded case.

Ihave been looking for a hard case to protect my LX100 in my carry on backpack. Those listed did not work well so I took a chance buying this case. It fits the LX100 like a glove and gives it the protection during travel I needed.

This camera case is extremely sturdy! It’s also super lightweight and my Sony A6000 fits like a glove inside of it The main issue I have with this case though is when you take the camera out. Being relatively clumsy, I feel terrified using my camera without the straps attached directly to it. This case is so snug that you can’t keep the strap on the camera when it’s put away. So basically you have to either be daring and use your camera unattached or you can take the time to clip and unclip the strap every time you use it and put it away. (Maybe it’s not a big deal but I thought it was annoying) I really wanted to like this case because it looks so stylish and it’s such a great padded case for my A6000. However, it’s not the most functional for me (due to my clumsiness) If you’re okay with no straps on your camera when you’re using it, I say go for it. Otherwise, buyer beware

Won’t close if your camera has a strap (which most do). So kinda pointless. I had to buy a different one.
