Great cue for the price point. I bought myself an L6 a year or two ago and my game improved immensely. I bought this one for a friend who wanted to get into playing billiards so he'd have a solid cue to start learning on. You won't find a better cue for under $100.

Excellent cues for even double the price. Bought two of these to use as our "house cues" and let me tell you that they destroy any type of house cue I ever used at a pool hall. Purchased two 19oz cues and they play great and look great too. Highly recommended.

This is a surprisingly good cue for the price, one of the best cheap, imported cues I've used. It looks good, is well made and has a nice, solid hit when playing. Highly recommended for tight wads and rookies or anyone who needs a decent stick. When you're ready to upgrade simply buy a better shaft and send it all to McDermott, they will match the shaft to the butt and perform a number of other services/repairs for very reasonable prices. I'm always amazed at McDermott Lucky cues. I ordered one years ago for a friend. I liked it better than the cue I had that cost twice as much. I recently ordered this on and it's just as good. People I play with like it too and they play with $300 cues. Fast shipping too, no complaints.
