Pretty nice for the price. A little fit and finish issues but nothing terrible. I do question the weight being 19oz, seems lighter but haven't weighed it. I would recommend for a great beginner cue.

I've had some negative remarks regarding this cue as experienced players have cited that this is not in fact made by McDermott but rather is a cheap cue buying use of the McDermott name. I have no words. I read so many reviews and this one seemed like the best choice out of all of the other cues on amazon. Just buy something in person. Buy once cry once, spend the money the first time.

I've played with house cues for years and I recently joined a league so I thought it was time to have my own cue. I was told that McDermott were some of the best and how could I pass that up especially if I could get a starter for under $100?
