Let's start at the beginning...bought this for our, new to us, 2013 Suburban LTZ that was missing the front air deflector. Did some searches for possible replacements and found this one on Amazon. After reading the reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. Shipping was wowza fast. What I wasn't expecting was how this thing was shipped. It comes folded in thirds, if that makes sense, and wrapped tightly in clear shipping plastic wrap. Remembering some of the reviews where some folks had experienced cracks/creases, I began to have some doubts as I carefully started to unwrap the deflector....luckily, no cracks, but there were deep creases. I did not unfold/force the deflector to go into final shape, which I think may have caused the cracking/breakage issue for some folks being a little impatient or they were dealing with cold temps and forcing it into final shape. What I ended up with, in my hands, was something that looked like a triangle. As per the included instructions, I let it sit out in the 80 degree sun on our deck to warm up and it went naturally back into memory shape on its own....just like the instructions said. After a couple hours or so of being in the sun & thoroughly warmed up/back into shape (creases completely gone), I easily installed it in less than five minutes. This air deflector looks just like OEM at a fraction of the cost. Final words, follow the instructions and you'll be a happy camper in little time. ... show more

The product is exactly as described and an exact fit to my truck. And the price!!! a fraction of what the dealership and other car part stores wanted. Love this! Fit my 2008 Avalanche perfectly. Couldn’t leave it as is though... red vinyl wrap and it looks GREAT! I agree with the other post that it was more difficult to unwrap than to install. Note: it does not come with the screws for the end. One of mine was missing and the other was broken. Our local dealer had them in stock, got the screws and clips replaced for under $7.00. ... show more

My 2007 suburban did not come with one of these, previous owner did something with it. I drove for around a year and a half without it and averaged around 11 mpg. After installing this air dam and driving for the last month im now at 14 mpg...it completes the truck and functions!

Lost my original valance panel, so I bought this to replace the OEM. Was delivered faster than promised, and installation was quick and easy. Does not come with fasteners, but I still had my original ones on the truck. Would recommend.

Perfect fit! When on easy, no clips required, so if Amazon try’s to sell you clips with/for it, don’t get them.(2008 suburban) Looks stock! Fits right! Did ship just shrink wrapped, so don’t expect a box.

I bought my Tahoe used, and didn’t notice the air valance was missing. Ordered this replacement and received it in a couple of days. Luckily, the 2 required screws were still in place on my Tahoe, that are needed to secure the 2 corners to the vehicle. Price can’t be beat.
