The product came put together, which was nice. I was excited to use it. But in the end it didn't meet my expectations and I had to return. The padding on the bars just isn't comfortable. It digs into your back and hurts. One of the biggest issues I have is the ropes that they give you just have velcro that wraps around the bars. It snaps off easily and is dangerous. And the part that is holding the bar and base together is plastic which creaks when it moves. There is also no way to change resistance so it just isn't a good long term piece of equipment. I like the concept, but there are definite improvements that can be made to the functionality. ... show more

    • Having trouble doing push-ups, this Definitely helps

One of the arm panels is a little higher than the other. The foam is a firm and kind hurt a little on the ribs. I like to put a throw Pillow to soften it a little. With that said, it helps me doing push-ups. And I like that. I feel stronger. Hopefully I won’t need it in a few months.

It is a sturdy product and easy to assemble. The exercise instructions are not clear in describing how to do each exercise. The description says it comes with DVD videos for instructions. This was not included with mine.
