I received these sheets a couple days ago. They are thick and seem very good quality. I put them in the wash today. When I took them out of the dryer, I was surprised at how wrinkled they are. I quickly layed them flat on my bed to try to smooth them out. The pillowcases wrinkled the most. My Mom used to make me iron ours when I was younger. The fabric has a very comfortable feel, and the actual rich blue is an accurate match to the color shown in the Amazon photos (sheets from a different manufacture sold on here did Not have accurate color representation in their photos). I am grateful for the color choices of this Mayfair product and also appreciate that they are not only sold as sets, but also as individual pieces (ex: pillowcases only...fitted sheet only). Once they were on our bed, my husband asked if they were satin, as they feel so smooth and soft! I assured him they're 100% cotton. After washing and drying these, they still feel fantastic. These sheets are amazing! Washed in cold water and dried on low and the sheets are amazing. They feel so soft - when I wake up, I have to remind myself that these are my sheets and not hotel sheets. They feel wonderful and soft, but are somehow still crisp enough to make getting into bed an experience. For people complaining about wrinkles - well, they're cotton. Cotton wrinkles easily. I pulled them from the dryer and draped them over the bannister and the wrinkles were not enough to worry about. I'm certainly not going to iron them - I'm not a sadist! ... show more
