First let me say the customer service from Mayfair is exemplary. I bought a fitted sheet only. It is made for deep pocket or thick mattresses, but if you want to use this fitted sheet for an adjustable bed it may not be the best. with a super thick mattress such as mine(16"). The elastic at the bottom is good quality but just not strong enough to keep the fitted sheet over the corners when adjusting the head up and down. It works its way off the bottom of the mattress and slips up. I really loved the sheet besides this aspect. With a 14" or less thick mattress it would work fine.. And with a non adjustable bed I am sure the sheet would work just fine. Mayfair refunded my entire purchase price. Awesome, trustworthy seller.. Highly recommend.

Attached is an image of one of the corners, taken the first time I used the sheet. Yes, I washed the sheet prior to putting on the bed, and yet this type of fraying appears to be from long-term usage. The sheet is super soft, like it has been used before. For under 35 dollars, I don't know if zi can complain: this is a king-sized sheet with a label verifying the material. I am going to keep it. My advice is to beware poor stitching or previous use. I am not sure which is the culprit here. But at least it's not polyester or cheap microfiber. This is completely fine-woven, supersoft cotton. One thumb up. The other thumb is caught in the tear I have to sew.
