I saw this product on YouTube being tested. I have very oily skin and even matte liquid foundations have to be replenished every few hours as well as powder. The videos that I saw recommended dampening a beauty blender and then applying this product to give a more Fuller and even coverage. I did exactly that and it did not disappoint. Did not Define my pores and left and even medium coverage. So far, an hour later, my skin has not become oily and I have not needed to replace the powder foundation. It does look powdery after application either. Also, I have a hard time skin matching because I am of Italian, French, German, Asian, and African descent so I have cool and warm undertones. I bought the number 118 and it has matched me better than most other foundations which I typically have to mix togethe two different colors together. The only thing that I think people need to know about this powder foundation is that it gave me a medium coverage and not full but I am sure it can be built to full coverage (which I have not tried yet).

This shade matched my skin tone pretty well. I like using it on its own when I’m doing a low maintenance day, or layered over liquid foundation when I’m doing a full face. I don’t use the sponge when applying, I use a powder brush

I bought this makeup due to an ad that I saw stating how it doesn't settle into wrinkles. Well, it does and I only have fine lines under my eyes. Keep in mind it says UP to 24 hours. On me it doesn't last but about 4-5. My skin is dry this time of year so I wouldn't recommend it unless you have very hydrated, or even oily skin. It may stay on better if you do. Final point, which led me to write this review. I don't hate this makeup... like I said, maybe if I had more hydrated skin it'd be great but look at this picture! I would've given this 3 stars at least... but I received this on the 19th. Today is the 22nd 😐 and it already looks like this. I use a brush and don't overdue and this stuff looks like I've had it for weeks. I don't see it being worth the money. *edit I was reading the reviews and saw one say you must use primer. I will try that! I doubt I'll change my rating though because I'm not sure this will last a month... 😐 *edit 12.27.23 Hate it! I actually reduced my 2 stars to 1 after using primer and going to Christmas dinner. Looked nice for about 2 hours then the more the day went on, the more it looked like I didn't even bother to wear makeup 🙄

If you bought this because you saw Mikayla's review of it on TikTok-- It's good, but it's not THAT good. I would say it's better on its own than over a liquid foundation, because almost every time I put it over a liquid foundation, it makes it look cakey. It's also not great over just dry skin. It's pretty awesome over well moisturized skin though. I don't like the way it looks better than a liquid foundation, but it is pretty convenient if you want to just put it over moisturized skin. But I repeat-- your skin MUST be moisturized, because if it isn't and you put the powder over it, it will completely dry your skin out. Shade match is very good.

The truth!! I’ve been using Maybelline matte FitMe liquid foundation for yearsss until I came across this a few weeks ago.
