Maybelline Super Stay is hands-down one of the best long-wear foundations I’ve tried. It goes on smooth, blends easily, and gives a full coverage look without feeling heavy or cakey. The matte finish looks natural and holds up through long days, heat, and even workouts. It stays in place without separating, doesn’t transfer easily, and keeps my skin looking even and fresh. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how smooth my skin looks when I wear this. Great shade range, great price, and better performance than some high-end foundations I’ve used. Compré esta Base híbrida en polvo Super Stay para mi pareja, ya que buscaba una alternativa de maquillaje de larga duración que fuera fácil de aplicar para el día a día. Ella la ha estado usando durante unas semanas, y esta es nuestra opinión detallada. Aplicación y Sensación Inicial (Fácil y Rápida) La presentación en polvo compacto es ideal. Mi pareja me comentó que es muy fácil y rápida de aplicar usando la esponja que trae el producto o una brocha densa. Se funde bien con la piel y, a diferencia de otras bases en polvo que ha probado, no se siente pesada ni acartonada. Es una excelente opción para quienes no quieren invertir mucho tiempo en el contour o en bases líquidas complejas. Cobertura y Acabado (Notable) La cobertura es un punto fuerte. Es lo suficientemente buena para unificar el tono y ocultar rojeces ligeras, sin llegar a ser pesada. El acabado es mate, pero no totalmente plano, lo que evita que la piel se vea sin vida. Para una cobertura total, ella recomienda aplicar un corrector ligero debajo, pero para un look natural, esta base es suficiente por sí misma. Duración (Cumple su Promesa) Donde realmente destaca es en la duración. Mi pareja trabaja en una oficina con aire acondicionado y pasa varias horas fuera. La base aguanta fácilmente la jornada (unas 8 a 10 horas) sin desvanecerse de forma desigual. Sin embargo, en la zona T (frente y nariz), que es más grasa, notamos que después de unas 6 horas necesita un retoque con papel secante o un poco de polvo, aunque no se ha "apelmazado" en esas áreas. Veredicto Final Pros: Fácil y rápida aplicación. Buena cobertura y acabado mate natural. Excelente durabilidad general (hasta 10 horas). No acartona la piel. Contras: Necesita un pequeño retoque en las zonas más grasas a mitad del día. Puede marcar un poco la textura de la piel si no se usa una buena crema hidratante previa. First I truly love the product itself. It’s like a powder foundation- and I love the shade ranges! I always like the look this gives. However, I’ve never dropped this and it’s has cracked and spilled out product every time I use it. There is a lot of product that goes everywhere when you dip a brush in it. If I use a powder puff it’s not an issue but that is just a heavier look. Still like the look just wish the product design in the package was better.

The biggest complaint I have is the actual amount of product there is. I've only used it for about 3 days and have already hit bottom on the one color. For the price, you would think you'd get more than a week's worth of make up. As far as the actual make up, I do like it, it covers smoothly and evenly. The staying power is so-so though. You will probably have to touch it up. I got two different tone colors because I wasn't sure which one would work the best. Both of them seem to do the job just fine. I'm like halfway between light and medium, so getting something that matches can be tricky. I will probably continue to use this make up foundation. It seems to do the job I need it to do, I just wish it was a little more long wearing and more product in the package.
