It has no scent as far as I can tell, and isn't sticky or oily, but can accentuate skin dryness if that's a problem for you. My only critique is they could've included a wee bit more of the concealer, rather than what seems to me to be a rather small amount that'll get used up quickly. Ok..after years of using a $27. concealer I had to find a more affordable option!! I've tried dozens!! An influencer suggested this one and boy was she right!! This is the closest consistency and color to the Nars radiant concealer I've found. And I'm so happy that it's so affordable!!! Good coverage after two swipes and good texture. Not at all dry. Very easy to blend. It's a little bit thinner than the Nars so I just add a little bit more. It's perfect!!
