I use this ribbon to hang the wood ornaments I make using my laser. It reminds me of 550 cord ( Rothco 550lb. Type III Nylon Paracord is similar to what I'm talking about here) but is thinner. It's easy to melt the ends to keep it from fraying. It comes in other colors as well: Royal Blue: May Arts Ribbon, Royal Blue Satin String Yellow: May Arts Ribbon, Yellow Satin String White: May Arts Ribbon, White Satin String Might be a few others as well but I've only ordered this and the Royal Blue so far. I don't think there's much else to say about this other than it works very well for my purposes and gives my products a very refined and finished look to them. ... show more

Color's nice, feel is good, but this roll of mauve string had blue in it! It's like parts of the string were stained blue but they still used it to bind it with other strings to make it thick. Still used it, but disappointed in their quality control.
