Bought two of these for a twin sized futon/yo mattress and they have been great for keeping the mattress clean. Our kids love to sleep on this, and recently when they visited the beach I noticed the cover had sand on it. I loved that I simply unzipped the cover, pulled it off like a pillowcase, put the 2nd one on and zipped it shut. Then I washed the sandy cover and it's all ready to go the next time we need a new cover.

Zipper seems a little flimsy was expecting more of a heavy duty one but considering the material the cover is made out of ; with proper care this l should last for awhile. So I have gotten covers from a genuine Japanese futon co. and they charge over 200 $ per one. Granted they r super thick though not sure they are worth THAT much money but that’s neither here nor there. This cover is the thickness of sheets but I feel like they are well worth it. They fit my 4” thick-XL futon pad perfectly with a little wiggle room to spare. My daughter saw them and will probably be ordering some as well. Love love them. I will be ordering more as well.

When I first opened the package, it looked like it was possibly inside out (it was) and somehow zipped up. The zipper is only on one side which is a short side. Making it extremely difficult to put on. The fabric is stiff and the seams are poorly done. I could see this falling apart quickly. I didn't hesitate to return it. I paid almost $30 for something that looks like a fraction of that cost.
