I have slept on the floor for YEARS!! Just like me and probably you, we put down multiple blankets for padding on a hard floor. Well, this is the solution stop looking. I saw people complaining about how its not soft enough, there is no way its not soft enough! This is not a memory foam, its not the equivalent of a mattress. This padding is thick enough to put on hard wood floors and fall asleep on. I was skeptical as well but im glad i bout it. If i had to complain about anything, is that the queen size mat is hard to find a space for. It does come with a bag for storage, however its still pretty big even when you fold it up. Just make sure you have a spot to put it in. For me i just fold it and tie it with a rope until i need it.

My toddler just made 2. He had a rough patch a few weeks ago when he went to a new daycare, switched from crib to toddler bed due to climbing, and also started potty training. He took to his bed for a week or so but then hit a regression and sometimes gets up to bang on the door. He fusses and the falls asleep on the floor. The floor is clean but I don't like him sleeping where we walk so I bought this to put down where he sleeps. It worked like a charm. He wa so comfy that he fell asleep and hardly moved all night! I'll be using this for days where he's sick and needs to lounge and when he wants to nap downstairs. People are right, the thickness isn't 4 inches. I didn't buy it for me though so no issues. I will dock a star thought because it's not foldable.

I'm an average size and weight adult. I read to not sleep on my side, but this still wasn't that comfy. It does the job but so does a pile of blankets. My son slept well on it but he was only 40lbs.

I ordered a queen size however I think I got a full size futon instead. I wish I ordered a King size. I used it for camping and for guests. it comes with a cover and a bag for it but the bag is a little flimsy so its okay to use once in awhile. Wish it was thicker however, if it was it would've been harder to fold. For the price I say go for it. If you can sleep on the floor with a little cushion go for it.
