Okay I bought this and some foam square tiles to replace airmatresses that ALWAYS end up deflating mid trip! That being said I'm a side sleeper and have Fibromyalgia so it was exactly as expected. Can be slept on but I woke up stiff (even when I tried doubling up the foam padding underneath). That's the only reason I deducted 1 star. That being said with the purchase of a soft mattress topper it is now perfect and the dogs can't even pop it! So mattress alone no I wouldn't do it, but for the price of a topper to fix (less than $80 for a 3" memory foam) it isn't a bad investment to make it the perfect portable bed. And yes I do go camping often and alone and I was able to roll this mattress up, TWICE, alone and bag it up. I love the bag feature since my purpose for purchasing was solely for camping! Would recommend for a portable bed.

Love it! I bought this when I moved because the price was right...absolutely exceeds expectations! Recently bought this Japanese futon, and it met my expectations! My partner was worried that it would be too hard because of how thin it is, but it turns out to be very comfy (not too soft, not too hard). Planning on putting it directly on the floor, when we have guests and need an extra bed. It is not too hard to fold, but we had to be 2 people to fold and put it in the bag (hardly doable by yourself).

After reviewing multiple floor mattresses available through Amazon I came across this one. I was horribly mislead by the description of theirs vs others on the market. Theirs claim to expand further than others showing that others only go to 2.5 inches and theirs would expand over an inch further. It expanded to just under 2.5 inches. This wasn’t the best rated, or best priced. But the thickness factor is why I spent so much on a piece of foam. Absolute waste of money. Too bulky to attempt a return. Disappointed
