Overall, it is very comfortable in my opinion, and it seems a bit large for a twin size. I'm only 5'2" and a whole other person could comfortably fit beside me. That being said, make sure you have space to store it since it is fairly large even when rolled up. I have been using it consistently since August and it rolls and unrolls just fine. Does not have a removable cover, but I use a top sheet. Overall pretty good, just a little large and pricey.

It is fluffy just like the picture but the padding used inside compressed pretty much to the floor. This mattress is only slightly better than sleeping on a piece of wood. I’ve rolled it up and put it away in a closet for if my kids have sleepovers. Would not recommend for anyone with back issues unless those back issues improve from sleeping on a very firm surface.

MAXYOYO Futon Mattress is nearly 4 inches thick and quite pleasant to lie on. On a futon or the floor it provides firm support. Side sleepers beware, there really isn't enough material to provide padding for the hip and shoulders. Ours did unpack with two prominent ridges in the foam core, but after three days they were gone. We are using ours as a sort of "pillow top" on a new firm mattress. This combination is working very well for us.

The box it came in left a ridge right down the middle of the mattress so, the first night it’s difficult to get comfortable but, that resolved itself and it’s not bad at all once that’s done.

This is a lot thinner than a lot of people expect, but truly it isn't a bed bed. It IS comfortable and easy to use. I love that it comes with a sheet and it allows my cats to spend time on it . I can wash the sheet when guests come over. It folds away nicely and I am not concerned about the cats puncturing it like an air mattress. It is also helpful if you need a more solid surface to sleep or rest on, but it isn't going to leave you sore in the morning. Again, you are sleeping on the floor. It isn't going to be soft and cushy or have a lot of give, but it is really nice if you put those Americanized expectations away. I am strongly considering getting additional ones.
