I originally ordered this for extra seating in our living room, but it turned out to be much smaller than expected, so it ended up in the 5-year-old’s room instead. For kids, it’s absolutely fantastic. Once it fully puffed up (which took about 48 hours after unboxing), it became a big, heavy, solid piece of furniture. It arrives shrink-wrapped in a surprisingly small box, but don’t let that fool you — once expanded, it’s definitely not lightweight and is a bit of a bear to move. Not a complaint, just something to know if you plan on rearranging a lot. Comfort-wise, it’s super soft, very cozy, and supportive for a child’s weight. The kiddo loves it and has basically claimed it as their personal little cloud. For adults, especially anyone over ~200 lb, you’ll sink pretty deeply, and the chair doesn’t bounce back to shape quickly without some manual fluffing and shifting the filling around. So it’s not ideal as adult seating. Size-wise, it looks larger in the listing photos, so I included pictures in my review to show the real scale. Overall, it was absolutely worth it for the kiddo, and I do recommend it...just with the understanding that this cloud chair is best for children or smaller adults, not full-sized adult seating. ... show more

This review is for the MAXYOYO Cloud Shaped Bean Bag Chair (Size - Standard, Color - Beige) as part of my search for a comfy living room chair. The bean bag chair weighs 36 pounds and has a 32” x29 ½” base which rises and expands for approximate total dimensions of 44” x 35” x 27”. The 21” x 22” seat is set 14” above the ground and accompanied by a 16” tall back with 12” wide arms on each side. The chair has a few strong ridges that are like a clamshell, but the overall shape is reminiscent of a little soft and fluffy cloud. The fabric on the chair is smooth and plush with medium short length fibers, and the product description is spot on with describing the feel like rabbit fur. Note that the fabric is closer to soft white in color versus the beige as ordered. Overall quality and workmanship are good with no rips, tears, or bare patches and with good construction throughout the chair. The chair was quite comfortable to sit in and much softer than expected for a bean bag chair. This is mostly due to the fact that only the base is filled with beans whereas the rest of the chair is filled with shredded memory foam. Additionally, the shredded memory foam was less dense and softer than expected such that it felt like there was a bouncy layer of air cushioning the entire chair including through the arms. The chair was very comfortable but it’s probably a bit too soft for those expecting more support and a firmer feel. The size was also about right and should be deep and large enough to be suitable for many teenagers and adults but might start to feel on the smaller side for six footers and above. Care and maintenance were pretty straightforward, and I like that I was able to spot clean the chair as necessary, but the white color of this particular variant presents the additional challenges you would normally face with white colored items. All in all, this is a good quality bean bag chair with a soft and comfortable design and feel. I recommend thinking twice at paying full list for this, but half off list price would make this a good value for the money option for a comfy living room chair. ... show more

Soft and comfortable foam chair. It expands pretty well in two days and it holds its shape well when sitting on it. It looks very nice, and the best part is that it's an instant chair with no assembly required. It fits an adult person with ease.

This chaor is big and HEAVY!! know this before buying its not a small bean bag chair. I expected it to be big but not as big as it actually is I am a 300lb woman and I can fit in it comfortably. Its so so soft I cant even describe how soft it is. But it is super heavy. I wish it had a handle stitched on it so I could mive it easily as needed. So it can be difficult to move around a room or rooms if needed. Otherwise I really do enjoy it and so does my toddler ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chair arrives extremely compressed. The box isn't huge, but it's quite heavy, and once open the chair is packed tightly into a plastic cube that has to be carefully extracted. Once the plastic is slit, the chair starts to expand quickly. It's a good size piece, big enough for a small adult or a child to sit comfortably, and also quite popular with animals. The soft texture is pleasant, although the bottom of the piece is a thin synthetic covered in gripping dots that I personally hated touching. Once full open, it's still fairly heavy despite being entirely plush, and requires a little effort to move around a space (I found pushing to be a more successful technique than pulling.) Personally I enjoy sitting in it the most reclining with my legs over one arm. Overall, it's a nice chair, and I don't regret taking a chance on it. ... show more
