Product nothing like the picture. Very floppy and not thick. I can feel the frame under me when sitting on it. Hangs over edge of futon frame. Cheaply made. I can't return as it came in a 2x2 box vacuum sealed. Once opened it expanded. It wasn't what I expected at all. Tried to return but Amazon told me it needed to be boxed up. Couldn't find a box for a large mattress.. I'm stuck with it. Amazon was no help at all. They could have sent a delivery guy to grab it and take it back but wouldn't. Very unhappy.

This is a very comfy mattress for sitting on the couch. It is super uncomfortable for sleeping though. It feels liek there are balls of cotton all clumped in different areas. Not smooth at all.

Purchased this bed for our guest & it didn’t last a month. Bed lost its shape, it is now sagging on one side. The foam is clumping to one area & it’s hard to move around. It’s no longer soft & laying on the bed feels super awkward.

The quality is good, but if you have a smaller futon frame then I don’t recommend it. Plus it’s really heavy so it is difficult to get the frame in a sitting position without taking the mattress off. Hopefully it’ll flatten out and become more comfortable with use
