This thing is the absolute worst!!! It never took shape after 48 hours, and in fact, has never taken shape in several weeks of having it. There are clusters of foam cubes inside that can’t be broken up, because it ship in a small box after being shrink wrapped. Now I can’t return it, because it needs to be in a box. How is one supposed to re-box an awkward, queen sized mattress? Take my advice, do NOT spend your money on this. Go to a store, so you can see exactly what you’re spending your money on.

This is a very well-made futon mattress. I was very impressed with the quality. It does take time to come to shape as it is so compressed for shipping. It does fit my futon frame perfectly we hare using it as a couch on the covered deck outside and it is very comfortable, highly recommended.

Nice and thick. Bought this as a replacement for my moms futon. Took about 36hours to fully inflate. It is very thick and it will take some time to flatten out. It should be comfortable once all the lumps are ironed out.

you guys!!! this is a great mattress pad and it’s barely $100!!!! this is less expensive than the garbage pad you’d find at your local home decor store. it does take some TLC to get it to fluff up but what do you expect from a full sized foam mattress that’s been compressed in a box the size of a pair of boots for who knows how long?? this has been absolutely worth it & im so excited we chose to get this mattress for our futon. i can see how some other people have stated that the buttons fall off & then theres no structure once they’re gone, but thats really the only thing i could see happening with this. it is kind of annoying but its barely $100 so i dont feel like you can ask for much more. its a great buy!

Unfortunately, I have buyers remorse with this futon. It's lumpy and there is much more filling on the right side than the left side. It's lopsided. Most futons that I have owned in the past were either firm or medium. This one is very soft and I sink to the bottom of the mattress. The only reason I didn't return it was because it was way too big and heavy. And it was never going to fit into the box it came. 1 star...

Just okay. The chunks of foam do make it lumpy and if you are larger you are going to disperse the foam and feel like you are on the floor. I found sleeping on an air mattress was great for my back pain but the seems eventually wear out. Was hoping this would be an alternative sadly it’s not.
