The instructions indicated it could take up to two days for the mattress to take its proper shape after I released it from the packaging, but it only took a few hours. Then I took a nap on it. Wonderful and comfy. No weird smell to it, either, as sometimes happens with mattresses that’ve been in a warehouse for a while. It’s super light to carry around (important for me) and yet thick enough I can’t feel the floor beneath it. Happy so far.

If you have a bed frame with bars you will feel them through this, it's just not quite thick enough on it's own to prevent that. Despite that though I actually find it really comfortable and it's helped straighten my back out and relieve a lot of my back pain. On the flip side it's too thick to fold back up, it comes with straps to help with that but it's just unruly and heavier than you'd think. The metal frame I have it on is actually lighter. Getting the cover on and off it without help is a pain too, I recommend just putting a normal mattress cover over the cover it comes with once you manage to get that on.

My biggest surprise about this mattress is that it doesn't cost a lot more ... I think it's way more comfortable than the expensive mattresses. Very happy we chose this!!

This mattress is amazing- quality, size, weight, the fact that it's portable for travel if you need to take it with you vs having a jumbo mattress and having to have 2 or more people help you out is so convenient. The height of mattress is good, but if your getting a bedframe for it, make sure you have a good flat surface. Mine has bars so sometimes I feel like I'm touching the bedframe but not really if I sit too long. If there is a 8inch version of this, that in my opinion would have been truly perfect. Nonetheless, the mattress itself is high quality, budget friendly for all your needs and it checks a lot of boxes for me. Great mattress by the company, thank you! Note: some people have said there is a chemical smell, keep in mind it comes from manufacturer and packaged so you need to let it ventilate out the smell and you should be fine afterwards. Make sure to give it a good solid day (or a few hours really) in advance use to get fully firm but if you have to sleep on it immediately, make sure to flip the other side and go about your day so the mattress can get to its full form. I recommend having mattress topper/comforters for additional height so you don't feel like your sinking in completely, but again- very comfortable mattress, love it.

Super comfy to sleep on. Would buy again to go on top of a bed or something like that, but absolutely does NOT fold up. Is not portable. We had plans to use it as a temporary mattress when we moved. 2 nights in the old house we love it. Great sleep. Go to pack it up and cannot get it to roll or fold. Had to ditch it
