I bought this to replace an aging trailer jack on my boat trailer. The boat weight is around 2000 pounds without fuel and 2500 with fuel. The trailer jack holds up well to the weight and lifts about 10 inches so it picks up well. The handle is hard plastic and is a bit rough but works well enough. The only complaint I have, is that if it’s not perpendicular to the ground the caster wheel doesn’t work smoothly. If you want to move it under weight you can crank it down the bring the trailer tongue level with the ground.
