They directed me to use a different app for connecting to my phone. Working with the seller, we came to a satisfactory conclusion.     • Some features don't work
The wrist movement feature that is suppose to light up the screen has stopped working and I have only had the watch for two days. Also can not figure out how to monitor blood pressure on my cell phone. Other than that everything seems to work good. Update, the wrist movement feature stops working when most people are sleeping. I presume this is to save battery life. It will start working again during normal wake hours. Who knew, this feature is not mentioned in the in the user manual. Also the watch info appears on the cell phone automatically but it takes a couple of days to start working. All in all this watch is amazing. ... show more

Worked great for three months.....battery was good for 3 days, but alas you get what you pay for and battery at 6 months have to charge every night. Dead if you forgot to charge.... 4-5 stars first 3 months, now 1 star at month 6. 🙁

I have tried setting this up which isn't hard to do my problem is I cannot get passed the setup because it wants a credit card listed and I refuse to do that. So as of right now I haven't used it until I can figure out how to get past having to put a credit card into system.

This is indeed an amazing smartwatch and one of the best I have ever used. Considering how inexpensive this watch is, I have absolutely no complaints so far. Based on the comparison I did with other monitoring devices, The step tracker makes it a great purchase for the money.It just fits perfectly fine on my hand.
