Perfect replacement and cute color matching my rose gold AirPod max. It’s not the same color that came with my AirPods which matched the headband canopy, a flamingo pink. This rose gold matches the aluminum air cups and protects the ear cushions from getting dirty or cups from getting scratched. But, the main reason for purchasing, is that it keeps my AirPods battery from draining when not in use. Fits perfectly snug and the magnet works nicely for closure. Great quality and beats the cost of the Apple branded replacement case.

I bought my Air Pods Max second hand, so they didn’t come with the case. Thankfully, I found these here on good ole Amazon. They put the headphones into sleep mode which allows updates and saves the battery. They fit perfectly even with silicone covers on the ear cups. I highly recommend this!

I saw a lot of people complaining about the same things. There is a small gap on the case for the AirPods to charge, that gap is not in the right position so charging is annoying and the case needs to bend for it to charge. Also the sleep mode does work, my AirPods will turn “off” and hold a charge for a while when not used. But many times my AirPods won’t leave sleep mode. I need to charge it for it to turn on, and it’s not a battery issue because when I plug it in it’ll have a charge. That issue is enough for me not use it and just try to charge it more often.
