For a low price starter it works as a decent choice. To start of the push up bars works great nothing really wrong with them, the abs wheel is also great for the price. Now for the other parts including the grip strengtheners and the knee pad I would say they don’t really do anything the pad is thin so it basically doesn’t do anything and the grips have one setting and it’s light so its not really useful ... show more
