I am currently testing several drone carrying cases of different sizes and design. This case is what I would call a "Storage Case" where it has room for the entire Fly More Combo plus all the after market accessories , as opposed to "Travel Case" that only has room for the entire Fly More combo but nothing else, or even smaller yet, the "Field Case" where there is only room for the aircraft and controller, but no room for the charger. As a Storage case, the interior has pre-formed cutouts for a Mavic sized aircraft, but smaller aircrafts such as Air and Mini can also fit with some easy cuts because the case comes with the piece in the center of the cutout, so you can cut you own shape and sizes. The rest of the backpack does not have pre-shaped insert and just regular compartments, but is large enough for notebooks, other drones, and whatever suits your fancy. Even the DJI 360 propeller guards fit into this case nicely. My only complaint is that one of the zipper failed, I was able to fix it by reversing it and re-zip, but this kind of problem tend to recur and cannot be fixed. At $64 with discount code, this is on the high side of a drone case, so a defective zipper should not happen on something in this price range, but other than that, this is one of the roomiest drone carrying and storage solution one can find on Amazon and is now my favorite storage bag for all my drones and accessories.

Hey, this is a solid case. Strong, firm, tight. But it doesn't hold enough. I've got all sorts of batteries, accessories and other stuff I like to pack. If you're traveling light, this is solid. No place for charger, extra batteries and other stuff. At least, that's my opinion. I ended up returning it and building my own.

I see this more as a great carry-on bag that accommodates a drone and accessories, rather than as a drone case. I have a hard case for that protects the drone under most any circumstances. I'd use this bag for the drone only when I was in control of the bag - in my car or in air travel with the bag carried on the plane. It's convenient for travel in that it avoids having to carry that second hard case for the drone. The bag is well made and the design is very well thought out. There compartment and pocket structure is good for packing clothes, a laptop or tablet, and other travel items. The hard side provides good impact protection for the drone and other delicate items. There's a quality look and feel about the bag and an overall sophisticated appearance, though I could do without the brand name printed on one side. There was no plastic odor, as is frequently the case with synthetic materials. There are shoulder straps and padding on the back of the bag that allow it to be carried like a backpack, though I would not use the bag for hiking or camping. In truth, I'll probably use this more frequently as a travel bag without the drone inside. It's an appropriate for a three-day trip or longer if you pack light. Drone storage is done in the largest compartment with a piece of laminated foam about 3-1/8" thick. The pieces left over from the cutouts are included. The drone compartment is sized for the DJI Mavic 3 series, but you could cut the plug to suit smaller drones. The controller compartment is formed with multiple cuts and will accommodate any of the DJI controllers. With the Mavic 3 Pro, the drone body extends about 3/4" above the upper surface of the foam block. I'll pack t-shirts or something soft in the pocket above that area for additional padding inside the hard exterior panel. The cutout pieces can be used to secure and pad the controller and batteries.
