It feels fine and the padding on the bottom and sides work well my only issue is the locks are kinda clunky and add a bit of unnecessary difficulty to the owner trying to put the key in. Coming in at $60 I'd sat it works but mostly for home use not something to take with you to shows or cons.

The case is bigger than I thought, but that's a good thing in the event I drop it then there's thicker layers of protection around the slabs (foam, metal casing). I sleeve my slabs -- PSA -- in perfect-fit sleeves and they fit very nearly perfectly in the rows. They don't feel cramped or squeezed by the foam on either side and can pretty easily be moved, but the blocks of foam used as stoppers in the rows that you can use if you don't fill the entire row with slabs does stay firmly in place even with the case picked up and moved. The metal isn't the most sturdy, it's just aluminum, but I have a case with an aluminum shell that I've had for years and it's held up well. Because of the material, the case likely dents somewhat easily, but not severely, as was the instance for the other case I have of the same material and design, and everything inside was perfectly fine. I don't use the lock feature since it feels very flimsy and I don't see the latches coming undone on their own. Maybe if I use them a lot over the years they'll loosen up, but I've used cases with similar latch designs that loosened from use over time and even when dropped they didn't pop open so I'm not too worried. There is a strong factory smell inside the case when you open it, but I found leaving the case open at least a crack for a few days really helps make the smell fade. This isn't waterproof or airtight, but I don't care about that too much as this is more for storage in my room than anything else and transportation when/if I move. Overall this is the best bang for your buck.

The media could not be loaded. For the price of $49.99 I expected the case to be built a bit better in quality, the cushion inside is loose. I cannot find the “two spare keys” that was supposed to come with the case.
