I would have given this review five stars however the initial shipment had three of the four chairs were the wrong style. I contacted customer service, Rado was AMAZING! She worked with me through a replacement shipment and returning, which then also came in wrong due to a warehouse error and she was wonderful again with the third shipment and returning of the incorrect chairs. Once all four chairs were delivered, putting them together was easy. There is a lot of cardboard and Styrofoam however, the chairs are beautiful and unharmed. The quality and customer service made this purchase worth it! ... show more
