Description

Greedy Gator kids game is crazy fun as players race to get their movers across the bridge to the other side. But watch out there's a sneaky alligator ready to knock them off before they can get there! Players roll the gator under the bridge to see how many spaces they get to advance on their turn, but when they do, they may knock their opponents' (or even their own!) movers off the bridge! The first player to get three of their movers to the other side wins. Great gift for game lovers 5 years old and up. Colors and decorations may vary.

  • Easy fun
Fun little game. Played on the hard floor so it could roll nicely. We kept crashing in the “wall” of the game and our pieces fell because of it. We enjoyed the quick game together and we even can make it into a math learning game.
Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2025 by Bought it for a gift for a 5 year old, he loved it and the parents loved it. All little kids like voice changing stuff to just be goofy with.

  • Easy Peasy
This game is perfect for kiddos learning to take turns and numbers. Game pieces not too small (easy to grab). Easy to put together.

  • A Fun and Engaging Game for Kids and Families
Greedy Gator is a fast-paced and exciting game for two players. Players race to get their movers across the bridge to the other side, but they have to be careful of the sneaky gator lurking below! The gator can knock movers off the bridge, so players have to be strategic about their moves. Greedy Gator is a great game for kids and families because it is easy to learn and play, but it also offers a bit of challenge. The game is also very engaging and fun, with plenty of laughs along the way ... show more

  • Not one of our favorites but worth having
It's fun but gets a bit boring pretty fast. The kids do love it but will only keep them interested in about half an hour, unlike some of the other popular Mattel games we have. I would say, if it's on sale go ahead and pick it up. It is worth having on hand but will not be a big hit for most of the kids. Usually ends up being an all-out brawl with the pieces scattered over the room. It's very easy to play. Self-explanatory and you can add some variations for the older kids. I personally like it but judging from the playtime it gets I give it an average rating overall. It has monkeys, who wouldn't like it. ... show more

  • Great value
Great value, made well, great for elementary school kids. As an added bonus, it doesn’t need batteries.

  • Horrible game for 5 yr old
Not a fun game for kids.

  • Fun game good for lots of age groups
So the object of this game is to get all of your pieces across first. You roll the gator to determine how many spaces to move and to try to dislodge your opponent's pieces to send them back to the start of the bridge. I really like how you can play this game at its basic level with a young child (even a bit younger than the recommended 5-year-old) who would probably just move one piece the number of moves and would reinforce counting skills and the game's objective. With children a bit older (and adults), the strategy of trying to dislodge the opponent and splitting up a move (ex- moving 3 of your pieces 1 spot instead of 1 piece 3 spots) comes into play. It gets really fun trying to think ahead on how to get your pieces across and thwart your opponent. This game can be played with 2 people or with teams. It is a really great family game that can teach a child how to think a few steps ahead. It is well made and not hard to set up. I would definitely recommend it. ... show more
