We used this vinyl to refurbish an old bathroom scale. The part you stand on was badly stained and looked horrible. We just cut a piece peeled off the backing and stuck it on the old nonslip surface.     • Looks Nice, Just Okay to Work With
The brushed gold and brushed silver vinyl look amazing. The only thing that I had some trouble with was that it had a paper backing instead of plastic, which made it a little harder to remove the backing, as compared to some other vinyls I have purchased. Also this metallic vinyl actually seemed more metallic, as in it felt very much like aluminum foil. If I tugged a piece wrong, it would tear like aluminum foil. And the vinyl is not as stretchy or forgiving, if you are not careful placing it on the cutting mat, it can fold or wrinkle very easily. Overall, it's a good amount of product for the money and it looks great on the finished product. It is a bit harder to work with than other metallic vinyls I have purchased, but that's mostly due to the consistency of the material being more like aluminum foil, than stretchy vinyl. ... show more

I like the paper quality, however I probably won't order it again. There is glue residue on the edges and other portions of the vinyl, which makes it unusable. I tried to use alcohol to clean off, some of it came off but not nearly enough.
