It’s nowhere near a weighted blanket in regards to its weight but it has enough you get the feeling of security and comfort. It keeps us warm when it’s cool out and isn’t overbearing in the summer months. I bought one larger than I needed because I like to have extra blanket and it’s about as perfect for us as I could ask for. Regular washes and it’s been holding up nicely. Lighter weight, just what I wanted. Others mentioned color not as shown, however, I received exactly color shown, beige, and there was not a pinkish tint to it. I have a king adjustable bed with extra long twin mattresses. Ordered a Cal king, turned it sideways to get the extra hang on the sides, still allowing coverage from foot to head. For the price, the quality is fantastic. One caveat is that it isn’t as lightweight as I’d hoped (based on what other reviews said); I woke up covered in sweat, practically baking! However this will be nice for winter in just a few weeks / months.

It definitely is lightweight. I sleep pretty warm though so it works perfect for me but if you're looking for something fluffy this is probably not it. The corner loops are perfect because I am able to tie my duvet onto it so no shifting on the inside.
