The fabric is lovely for a blouse or apparel, but it is not the traditional "Quilters Cotton". I will use this in a different project, but not as part of a quilt. It has a silky satin feel to it. Love the orange stripes; used it to make a summer top. It’s slightly sheer, especially in the lighter color but shirring helps that. Very lightweight, presses well, and enough drape for what I needed, although it’s not the softest. Out of the package, I wasn’t convinced it was 100% cotton, but it did soften a little after washing so maybe it is? Overall, I think it’s worth the price and wish I could get continuous yardage for a dress ... show more
