  • Flawed but fixable
Not bad but the rubber o-rings don't seat very well. The don't have a bed, so they just sort of float in the socket. Over tighten and the squirm and let air leak. Under tighten and they let air leak. Tighten just right and they work loose and let air leak. If you have PTFE or plumbers tape you can use that and your fine, otherwise these will be very frustrating to use. ... show more

  • CHEAP metal
I bought a 3 set. They work as expected but there is one problem. I noticed that they ARE much lighter than the originals. In the week While cleaning the airbrush gun, I have had them, all 3 have broken at the base. APPARENTLY, there is very little side force needed to snap the connection from the screw base. I can provide pictures if requested. MY Opinion....... these are as cheap as the price. Spend the extra $$s and get a reputable one or two. I have since purchased the replacement through another vendor. Do not waste your $$ unless you are careful handling your airbrush when attached. ... show more

  • Not happy
I am not happy with this purchase. These things leak very badly and only 1 of the 3 had an actual o-ring inside. I had to use several strips of sealant tape just to slow down the leak. And that still didn't completely seal the leak. I know that sometimes these kind of things leak, but I have never had to use this much tape to seal a leak. So now I have to spend more money to get something else... not happy. So at this time I cannot recommend this product. If you try this product I hope you will have better luck than I did. Good luck ... show more

  • One Star because they are junk
all three leak, even with Teflon tape. bought another set because I'm a glutton for punishment, 1 was an airtight connection. Bought the Iwata quick connects and male ends; every one of them was perfectly airtight even without Teflon tapeing the threads tested with soapy water. The masters you could hear blowing when you moved the brush (which was the whole time its in use) the problem is the tiny o rings get pushed away from the threads and start to plug the airflow rather than the threaded area so not only are you losing air but it plugs the air supply as well. Iwata has a rubber washer instead. ... show more

  • They don't fit.
A year ago I bought the Master Brand quick disconnect set direct from the seller and it has worked great. I now have multiple airbrushes but only one hose connection, so I ordered the 3-pack male fitting so I could just switch back and forth between the airbrushes. The male fittings should be exactly the same since they are all the same brand and all are 1/8" fittings. But out of the 3 in the pack, only one fits the female coupler, and it's not a smooth fit, and the other 2 won't even fit into the coupler at all unless you force it, and I don't want to ruin the female coupler by forcing it. I'll try using something to make those tips fit, perhaps sanding them with an emery cloth or something, but I shouldn't have to do this. Very unhappy with this purchase. ... show more

  • Fit perfectly but...
The o-rings can easily get shifted out of position and cause the connection to leak when installing. They would get 6 out of 5 stars if they'd just use some larger real rubber or silicone washers. Also kind of overpriced for what it is. One complaint. Branding is missing allowing for them to sell them under any name they please. Only way I'd know they are "Master" brand is in the Amazon description. The package is totally generic. ... show more

  • Convenient, just don't overtighten.
Don't over-tighten or you'll get leaks (experienced people probably know this). Otherwise, this is a great way to swap airbrushes with Master Airbrush kits. I bought a basic kit and used it until I had outgrown the basic airbrush, then I picked up a Badger. I still use the Master for priming, so I picked up this set to avoid screwing on the adapter each time I switched airbrushes. Now, I smoothly transition between projects (prime a set, basecoat another, highlight a 3rd, etc). ... show more

  • Works great with the master airbrush coupler
Work well with the master airbrush coupler. Just be aware of the o ring inside as it can come out or sometimes get out of position if over tightened..
