This tool works very well for pinpoint massaging certain areas, but the fourth or 5th time I used it. I tried to crack my back somewhere in the middle and apparently it does not bend very far and snapped. I'll give it four stars because it's probably my fault.

Love this thing. It gets all those unreachable spots. Has just enough bendability. Not rigid. I had one years ago that was one solid piece. This one comes it 2 pieces, but works just as good. 1000% better than rubbing your back into a wall corner. Great gift.

This thing might be a little quirky and take a little bit of getting used to, but man is it wonderful! I carry all of my tension through my shoulders. They’re always aching, just constantly in pain. So I tried this bad boy out, first couple of times I did it I thought oh that hurts so good, but then I really got after it and now I’ve been sore for two days. I mean sore like needing a heat pad. So go on and get one just don’t hang out on a tight shoulder for a long period of time. I did it so much that I have a bruise. But I can promise you as soon as I heal up from this, I’ll be right back at it. It just hurts so good, very easy to put together seems very sturdy. I had family in this weekend and it was passed around to five people. If you thinking you need a trigger point massage get this do it as often as you want and as hard as you want obviously, I was aggressive.

This was recommended by my physical therapist and I'm so glad I got it! This was cheaper than the brand name products, so my fear there would be a reduction in quality, but I didn't notice any. I dig in pretty hard with this and it has held up well so far. Highly recommend, especially for the price point!

Not exactly sure why my original review goes against community guidelines other than I said this tool helped with certain issues related to the physical body, I don’t know. Anyway this tool works great and using it has greatly improved my overall wellbeing. This has been an excellent purchase for my needs. It works and does what it says it does.
