    • Good to Ease Back Muscle Tension. Not as Bendy as Pix. Good for People Stuck at a Desk or Gaming.
if you like a hammer massage or someone chopping your back, this is a good tool. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver, with a long enough handle that I can hit the areas of my back (basically below the should blades and along the spine) which tense up. In my case, I sometimes spend a couple hours or more sitting at my desk / gaming, and I notice that I do store tension which I keep in my back, no matter how comfy my chair is. I've been keeping this tool near me and just grab it to so a couple hammer chops every so often. Keeps my shoulders from getting too tense. One thing, it's not as bendy as the pix show. I don't really use it for the bendy-ness, but if you need that, just be aware. Overall, I really like this tool.
