I have very sensitive eyes, so for me to find a mascara that does not flake and is actually meant for sensitive eyes is very difficult! This mascara is black, but not extremely black..which I'm not sure if I'm happy about or not. However, I do love the texture of the mascara itself on my eyelashes. I feel as if though the formula does not make my eyelashes "crunchy" if you know what I mean, and the formula is also very wet for anyone who has not bought this product yet - just so you know! The only reason I took off one star was because I feel like this mascara does give you awesome length on the lashes, but it does not give volume. I had to use another mascara for the second coat. I have very long, very straight lashes and this mascara is perfect for giving them the extra boldness and is light enough to stay curled for most of the day when i use an eyelash curler (which is a must for my lashes,....i don't bother w/mascara if i don't have an eyelash curler handy). I came across this mascara bc it was left behind, brand new, by my sister when she moved so i used it and now its my fav! I'm not sure if its technically water repellant but i know i can get teary or cry and not have to worry about it streaming down my face and i can wash my face and not have it give me racoon eyes...that whole streamy, messy issue is a no go for me and won't continue using a mascara if its like that. SO, this mascara is perfect for me and i'm glad i can just order it online and not have to find an MK lady to sell me one! ... show more
