    • Blocks wind and rain, but the frame is garbage. You have to make your own frame.

The cover is fairly water proof, and the quality is reasonable. However, the "frame" part included to adapt to other brands of seat is garbage, at least of the popular Yepp Maxi seats. Its better than nothing, but it flops around a lot, and does not really support the cover very well at all. So, you will end up having to build your own frame out of PVC pipe or other material if you want to use this thing on a Yepp Maxi. Once you do that, this is a perfectly fine weather cover. Its is fairly easy to do, and I haven't found any better option, but it silly that you have to buy this weather cover that supposedly includes a frame, and then have to make your own frame any way. ... show more
