It is actually pretty easy to assemble, but the instructions could be better if they wrote something to go with the pictures. But overall, it is beautiful, and is made of actual wood instead of compressed/formed boards. It is lighter than it looks like it would be, but it is pine, which is a very light wood - that being the case, don't get rough with it as pine dents/marks up easier than other types of wood. I saw some reviews about how the entire cabinet wasn't sturdy and I can honestly say I didn't have this issue. It snapped together snuggly. I had to use a rubber mallet to get the sides down all the way so that told me it would be pretty secure. No wiggle or wobble at all and I even stood up on top of it. I'm 6'2 and 260lbs. Not one problem. This thing was easy to assemble for me and was finished and put into place within 30 minutes without any help. No instructions needed even though it did come with them. Only other tool needed was a Philips screwdriver for the 4 screws that came with the handles. I don't much like the cookie cutter type of look in the wood but these things can easily be made different by hand in a weekend project. The wood is a little thin on the sides off the cabinet and doors but it is all solid wood except the back of the unit where cables go through and the hinges and clips. It is a little pricey for what it is but, all in all, I give it 5 stars knowing that it saved me time and money instead of building something with bought lumber. Would it have been more specific to my taste and my measurements if I bought and built myself? Yes, but at the end of the day it's solid and saved some time and money. ... show more

It is a nice unit. Easy directions to follow for assemble. Only complaint is my 55” TV did not fit because of legs at bottom ends. If it were a center stand it would of worked.

The first couple pieces out of the box almost made me send it back. They were not wood and looked like plastic. I am so glad I didn’t! It took me 20 minutes to put together. It was so simple. The top, base, and shelf are wood and are very sturdy. Some reviews said the pieces didn’t line up. There was one that wasn’t perfect but with a little jiggling and a bit of pressure seated just fine. Once it was together I was in love. There is a few spots that the color was scratched but they are in a spot that is super easy to fix with a little stain. It is really easy to move on a hard floor. It slides effortlessly. I first rated as a 1 star until I put it together. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the little scuffs. I love this cabinet! ... show more

First, this isn't really antique white, it's really much more of a yellow. But I think with the distressed nature of the "wood" it should take a coat of paint ok. Pieces were clearly marked, instructions were ok to follow. Needed a rubber mallet to get the sides on. The problem I have is the open/locking mechanism that is supposed to hold the top and bottom pieces on. It was difficult to turn some of the locks, one broke. I will be very cautious when trying to move the cabinet. I don't feel as though the locks are going to hold well if the piece is lifted by the top (which is the only place for a finger hold as the bottom sits right on the floor). For the money it is fine. Should have spent a little more and gotten better quality somewhere else. ... show more

The TV Stand arrived on time and no damage at all. The color was just what we expected. Easiest product I ever had to put together. It came in only 9 pieces and the only hardware was the cabinet handles, 4 wooden pegs and an attachment for the wall. It said 10 minutes to install, more like 1/2 hour.
