I installed these LED fog light bulbs in a 2016 Jeep Renegade, but they glow faintly when plugged in, with the lights and car off. The halogen bulbs do not do this. I noticed that after the return window expired.

Bought these for my son’s 2012 BMW 328i convertible and they are very bright and much nicer color, however, when they are first turned on they flicker several times and cause a dash light headlight warning. The only way to get rid of it is to go into the cars computer via software and code the warning out. Not very good if you expected plug and play bulbs. ... show more

These bulbs are a definite improvement over the yellowish glow of the OEM halogen bulbs. The ease of installation, would depend on your vehicle. For my 2016 Hyundai Tucson, the driver side installation was bit involved. However, for the passenger side, I couldn't get the wire harness clip to snap open due to plastic tabs that block direct access. It required my mechanic to get access to it to replace the original bulb. After all that though, the brightness of these fog light LED's now match my OEM LED headlights.     • Very bright and cool running for a DTR or fog light.

I put these into a Pony grille on a 2007 Mustang. Well, these bulbs are fairly bright, but the lighting pattern in my fog light/daytime running light housing is not the best. One had a bright spot up high, which I didn't want. I took the car all apart again and was able to move the reflector around in the cheap generic housings I got here on Amazon. The light is a bit better now, but I am still afraid they might get in other drivers eyes at night. At least the day I bought them they were much less money than today. I even bought a relay wiring harness that day and the total order was less than just the bulbs today! Hopefully these last for a while. I may try to get genuine Ford housings to put them in to see if that makes a difference. ... show more
