The tent itself is fine once you get everything up and running, but the instructions for each piece always missed or left out at least 1-2 steps. This is true for EVERY guide and video on their website and youtube as well. Had to find guides for general tent construction elsewhere to get it finished. The lights are finnicky and don't make the most sense either, probably the worst and most expensive part of the tent. There's only an off, on (1 brightness setting), and actually on (dimmable, extremely bright light, but even 20% brightness at 32 inches away is enough to burn the plant's leaves). I don't see any values of blue, red, etc. light levels or anything like that from the control box either, and I can't time or automate the lights to turn off or on at all, because the actual control settings are "OFF" = low level on, and "ON" = bright mode. ... show more

The So called “User Guide”, manual, instructions (whatever you want to call them) are absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen! By a landslide! So frustrating for someone green. The way way they explain how to set EVERYTHING up is so confusing in English. Super complicated to understand. Not to mention it’s written so small, I had to take a pic with my phone and blow it up to see the confusion! To top it off, they add every product they make to your so called “user guide” which makes it that much MORE difficult to understand. Extremely frustrating instructions on how to setup anything that has to do with wiring and smart grow system. I had to watch multiple videos on YouTube just figure out things. I can only imagine how confusing the APP is going to be. Rewrite the “User Guide” and it’s. Nice purchase for the money. ... show more

Shipping was amazing, box was discrete and not labeled as a grow tent from the outside, rather large even for the 32"x32", but once inside my apt I opened it and there were about 5 or 6 other boxes inside with all the parts neatly packed. Instructions were present but not the most detailed. Tent assembly requires a few beers/bong rips/a friend and maybe a YouTube video to see how to actually fit the tent shell onto the frame.... But once it's on, it's beautiful. The fan, light, controller and sensor all clip in with rj12/phone wires, the app associated with the controller works beautifully. I was able to check my tent stats while away from the house as well, super cool. My plant seems much happier in this tent than in my closet. The ventilation system is a breeze. The 150w light is SO MUCH BRIGHTER than my 100w approx home made rig. Everything is top notch, zipper, Velcro, all that is perfect, the stitching is great and everything seems sturdy. Oh and there were not one but two sheets of stickers, how cool! ... show more
