The ONLY thing I could recommend it that the shoulder straps could be adjusted to go get even just a little longer. I’m 5’6.5” tall and they just slightly dig into my shoulders because they are a tad bit too short. BUT...with that being said, EVERYTHING else about them are PERFECT!!! Great quality. Took 4-5 days to receive but that was clear at order. I bought the same size as I got from the surgeon so I didn’t have to figure out size. It fits snug but not uncomfortable. I’m 6’0” and 180 lbs.

Marena has amazing quality! Post BBL, I have gotten all of my garments from them. I thought this was for after BBL and it’s not so I ended up returning it, because it’s a strictly lipo garment. So just be aware that if you’re looking for something after a BBL, this one is more restrictive in the butt area. If you’re looking for just post lipo, they’re amazing!!! ... show more

I got so many compliments on this item. Most of the post op garments used are in color nude. The nurses loved that I had something different. Comfort is amazing and the stretch is great. I used this after Lipo and bbl. I love how it does not compress on the hip and butt area. I am 5’4”, Pre-op 172 lbs, waist 32”. The only thing is that you might want to size down one or two sizes. I ordered a large and it no longer compressed the abdomen after a few days post-op. Not a big deal as I adjusted it by sewing about 6” to get the compression I needed in the abdomen. I usually adjust my garments and save a few buck by not buying a new one. Overall great item. ... show more

    • The best faja after a mommy makeover

When I woke up this is the faja that I had on after my mommy makeover surgery. Over time though the swelling goes down and it got too big which then renders it useless since the whole point is the compression. I purchased one size down (this one) for that reason. Before buying the same one again I had purchased several off of Amazon and returned them all. This is by far the best one around! One of the main reasons I love it is that the legs stretch. A lot of the others the legs were soooo tight that it was super uncomfortable. I even tried cutting the legs out of one lol I hated to spend another $130+ but you really do get what you pay for in this case. ... show more

Works as intended with design flaws. Bra’s and any other garment with adjustable straps have the metal/plastic adjusters in the back for a reason. This is a compression garment that fits extremely tight as intended with metal and plastic adjusters in the front, in your shoulder, arm pit area and it digs into the side deeply. Fortunately for me I own a sewing machine and fixed it but for the outrageous price this should be manufactured correctly and comfortably fit. The second photo shows the back strap where it is designed that the adjusters should have gone back there. I am tall so opening it up was beneficial but again for the price I should not have to do this. ... show more
