  • Perfect for small spaces
Color: Black Combo Weight Rack
The product arrived intact, it was super easy to assemble though you need an adjustable wrench. I accidentally built it wrong because the directions didn't state which side goes where, you need a left and right on each side and they need to line up. But it was super easy to disassemble and reassemble with no structural issues. The plastic sleeve for the end bars for the plates was too big for my plates so I had to remove it to store them and I had to order new spring clips to hold it in place. ... show more

Great, great product. Not too big, not too small. Perfect for my space. Easy to assemble and is very very sturdy. If you’re looking for a dumbbell rack this is perfect and the price is right.

  • Most Useful Home Gym Purchase So Far!
Color: Black 3-Tier DB Rack
I work out at least 6 days a week, so when my local gym shut down earlier this year due to Covid, I was really frustrated. I definitely wasn’t going to give up my workouts, so I started exercising at home with equipment I already had on hand. There were some things I needed to complete my home gym, so I started buying them a bit at a time. This Marcy 3-Tier Dumbbell Rack was one of my useful purchases so far. Before buying this rack, I kept my dumbbells stacked on the floor or on 2 storage crates I happened to have in my basement. Not the best arrangement for my back (all the stooping and lifting off the floor was getting to me), or for the crates (which were slowly sagging under all that weight). This product offered the perfect solution. It is made of steel and appears to be constructed very well. It was relatively simple for me to put together by myself, even though the instructions suggest having 2 people to make it easier. Once together, the rack doesn’t sway or rock, and it has rubberized feet to keep it from slipping and/or marring your floor. The size of the rack was perfect for my needs. It holds all the weights I have right now (5lb,, 8lb., 10lb., 15lb., 20lb., and 25lb.) as well as my exercise mat, and still has room for other weights (when I finally find them in-stock somewhere). By the way, some reviewers suggested inverting the bottom rack of each tier, but as you can see from my photos, I did not do this, but followed the instructions as outlined, and haven’t had any issues so far with “pinched fingers” when placing weights back on the rack, One final comment… I’m usually hesitant about purchasing higher priced items on Amazon, but I am so happy I decided to take the plunge and buy this one. It has has helped make my home gym more organized and my workouts more efficient. ... show more

  • Surprisingly strong and sturdy
Color: Black Combo Weight Rack
Overall this is a great rack. Well worth the cost, stable, strong and doesn't take up much room. Its very surprising how strong and stable this is, especially considering how narrow it is. I have about 600 lbs on this and it seems like I could easily add more without any issues. The tray at the top is nice. My girlfriend uses ankle weights and this is a perfect place to put them. One drawback is the dumbbell rack is now adjustable. It fits most weights, but the very small ones such as 5 lb ones are a bit too narrow. I ended up hooking those on the back side and resting the dumbbell on the front bar. It works, but not ideal. For the cost though, this is a very minor thing. The 8 lb weights do fit fine, so really it's just the very small ones which could also go on the top tray if I was hard pressed. I have heavier dumbbells in excess of 45 lbs which go on with no issue or feeling of the rails flexing. ASSEMBLY: This was easy to assemble, just keep in mind that like most things, you don't tighten each bolt or screw until the very end, just loosely assemble than at the end go back over everything and snug down. Some people claim that not all pegs are usable for loose weights, note that they assembled it wrong. Each side gets one Left and one Right. So each side will have a high peg and a low peg. If you have two pegs side by side, you have it wrong! ... show more

  • Lots of storage for a small area.
Color: Black Compack DB Rack
Minimal space, holds hundreds of pounds. Watch for any pinching depending how you load it up. No issues, small but strong.

  • Strong, easy assembly, but doesn’t hold 5-50
Color: Black 3-Tier DB Rack
Nice looking product that feels decently strong. Marcy doesn’t claim it’ll hold 5-50 but I wish it was a bit wider so it could. It’s 37” wide but only 31.5” or so of usable area. Still a great buy and I’ll be buying more as I build the collection. One thing that Marcy has that the other nearly-identical racks don’t have is a better lean angle. This rack is about 25” deep. Many of the other three-tier are as little as 17” deep. If you have heavy dumbbells you’ll want to be able to lift them off the rack without the next shelf up being in the way. This rack might be better in that respect. I say ‘might’ only because I don’t have the other racks to be able to verify the lean angle. Hope that helps. ... show more

  • Great product!
Color: Black Combo Weight Rack
I love this stand. It's perfect for the amount of weights I have AND has storage for my weight plates on the side. I don't have an extensive gym set up but this is a perfect storage option for the equipment I have now. Before I had all my dumbbells lined against the wall but this rack makes it look so much cleaner. It was pretty easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself within an hour. ... show more
